Hello, this letter is to express extreme gratitude towards Budget and their crew! I received my ATV just the other day from the layaway program (which, by the way, works awesome!) and everything is as expected. We ran into a few hiccups along the way (back ordered, change of address, ect) and the entire process went so smooth and was handled so well, I barley had to lift a finger!! Big kudos to everyone from the people on the phones to the guys in warehouse! I had the pleasure of speaking with a Steve today on the phone and we ordered two four wheelers, had are having them delivered. So far doing business with this company has been a pleasure. Steve was able to answer all of our questions and helped us decided what we needed to do. Thank you and my kids will thank you when they realize what we got them! This is a surprise!
